You may request an exchange for any unopened items within 15 days of purchase. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in its original, unopened condition with all seals intact.
2. Non-Refundable Charges
Please note that shipping charges and any applied discounts are non-refundable. These amounts will not be credited or refunded as part of the exchange process.
3. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at 1-888-453-1213 within 15 days of your purchase. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the exchange. Once approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete the exchange.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request. Approved exchanges will be processed, and a replacement item will be shipped to you within 7 business days.
6. Exclusions
This policy applies only to unopened items. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.
